Our Story

Winfast Group is dynamic conglomerate with firsthand experience of timber logging since 1975 and developing residential projects since 1989. We operate statewide in Pahang and also have extensive operations in other states such as Kelantan and Terengganu.

Our core business is diversified between farming natural resources for material and food production, building construction, urban development, real estate management and hospitality.

Today we have owned 120 acres of land, planted 8000 acres of land, developed 800 acres of land, from that we have provided 800 homes and 300 commercial lots.The group comprises the holding company Winfast Corporation and its subsidiaries of Winfast Development and Resources Sdn Bhd, Winfast Construction Sdn Bhd, Wan Lan Enterprises, Gemilang Krai Sdn Bhd and Kenangan Sepakat Sdn Bhd.

Our core business is diversified between building constructions from refurbishments to new town planning of residential, commercial, and public buildings, hotel development and management, property real estate development and management. 

Our Founder

Since young like no-one else of his brothers and sisters, our founder Tan Sri Dato Sri Peter Cheah had left home and school in the search and venture for a better future. He was born in a family with nine siblings with very poor condition living. With some pocket money that he saved and some loans from his dad, he left Gambang his town to Kuantan to look for some opportunities while learning some skills. During those young days, he used to work in cafes, rubber tapping and timber logging. With the money that he had saved and skills that he had learned, he build relentlessly a company from scratch.

 

With this background of the founder, it has led to core foundation of our company values which is hard work and determination
